2008 Fall Festival

Our family picture, I looked soused but then again I usually do these days.

We had our ward Fall Festival this past Monday, we did not dress up but I did participate by signing up to bring a pot of chili and make a pie for the scout fund raiser. There was a big debate, do I make white chili or stick with the tried and true chicken chili, in the end I went with what I know and made the oh so delicious chicken chili. I think it was a good choice, at least Bryan and I enjoyed it. I also wasn't sure what pie to make, the pumpkin chiffon is tasty but not flashy, I went ahead and made the pumpkin chiffon anyway, and someone actually wanted it out of quite a selection of pies. We didn't stay behind for the trunk or treat but maybe next year we can use Christopher to get candy, and I will have to come up with some costumes or enlist Sandra to make me something.
