It is a amazing what can happen in a weeks time!
Spring brings growth and new life...
For example, I came back from our Spring Break vacation in AZ and look what was growing in our yard! I didn't even know they were there until now.
The trees are getting leaves! I have been waiting for this all winter. Even though I have lived in AZ, a desert, my entire life I don't seem to remember it ever looking so dead as Lubbock in winter. I don't think I have ever noticed what it looks like when leaves grow in, but since I have been back I am happy to announce the leaves are coming in and getting greener and bigger everyday.
This is a compare and contrast shot of the oak and still dead pecan tree in our front yard.
Christopher is literally popping out of his pj's. He too is growing just like everything else around.
And probably more exciting then the growth of the trees and flowers is my little brown eyed muncher got his first tooth. Bryan was giving him a drink out of a glass and heard a clinking sound and sure enough it was a tooth.

I love this time of year too! You were in AZ and didn't tell me? Butthead! :) I hope you had fun! Christopher is getting so big! What a cute baby he is, I can't wait to actually see him in person some day! Enjoy the flora and fawna of Lubbuck!
Whit, will you take a picture from across the street at your house so I know what it looks like?
