Thanks to Mom and Dad we have a place to stay for the summer while Bryan works at the D.A.'s office for his internship.
Christopher is loving life at Grandma and Grandpa's house. He loves playing with his cousins and climbing in and out of the pool, playing with the hose and hanging out in the sandbox. We have had bbq's by the dozen, and special outings to the zoo and splashpad, can life get any better then this?
The weather in AZ has reached an all time low for June and has been in the upper 90's with cool and breezy evenings. We have really enjoyed this break in the weather and have spent most of our nights playing with Christopher trying to take advantage before the weather jumps and makes us run and hide indoors. We are looking forward to the rest of the summer and trying to pretend this is how life will be always!

Firsts
Christopher Maughan Jensen
Born June 23, 2008
First Haircut / Buzz
Christopher, this was an accident for your mom to cut your luscious locks! I was bored one rainy day, stuck inside all alone while your dad was off at school. I decided you just needed a trim. I waited for your dad to get home and then proceeded to chop off your glory (Samson and Delilah) with a #2 trimmer. I didn't realize how short it would cut your hair, and as the locks fell, I cried. You didn't look like my little boy anymore, but I still loved you.
Rolling over, 5 months and army crawling came soon after.
First tooth and sitting up unassisted came hand in hand in December at 6 months old.
Oh the drool!
First steps happened just before your fist birthday, however your favorite mode of trasportation was still to crawl and climb on everything.
We are looking forward to many more "firsts" to come...

Fathers Day
This was Bryan's first Fathers day and I wanted to make him something special especially since we are poor students living on a budget.
I found this picture and did a little photo editing and framed it for him. The words in the background are to the primary song We are so glad when daddy comes home. I promised to hang the picture in the office since he is always telling me we don't have enough family pictures around.
Christopher LOVES Bryan. He gets the biggest grin on his face whenever he comes in the door. Bryan will chase him around throw him in the air and can always make him laugh. Christopher tolerates me but LOVES Bryan.Happy Fathers Day!
