I sit around holding the baby most of the day and I discovered a scab in my nose with my one free hand. I have picked it for the last week about twice a day (it comes back fast). I decided it will never go away if I don't stop, so I have been pick free for a day and a half and am still going strong!
I usually don't like to post without a picture but thought this post would require a difficult camera angle.

Ok.. you're posting about nose picking.. YOU NEED TO GET OUT!!!
I have a good snot picture of Sydney if you want to use it as a visual. Just a thought, I'll send it to you! I am just proud of you for writing and expressing your self, even if it is about picking your nose!
